Injection Moulding

At Fortune, we operate state-of-the-art imported Injection Moulding machinery from Ferromatik Milacron (USA), enabling us to manufacture high-quality, large-capacity containers for diverse industries such as Oil & Lubricants, Paints, Chemicals, Inks, and allied sectors.

Our advanced microprocessor-controlled Injection Moulding machines range from 100 Tons to 450 Tons, allowing us to produce a comprehensive range of pails from 50 ml to 20 litres for lubricants and paints, and 500 grams to 20 kilograms for paint and grease applications. This versatility ensures consistent quality, strength, and precision across all products.

IML - In-Mold Robotic Printing

In-Mold Labeling (IML) is an advanced printing technology in which a pre-printed label is placed directly inside the mold before the molding process begins. When molten plastic is injected, the label fuses seamlessly with the container as it forms, becoming a permanent part of the product.

This one-step process combines labeling and molding, resulting in scratch-resistant, moisture-proof, and long-lasting graphics. HTL - Heat Transfer Labeling

Heat transfer labeling is a post-moulding process in which pre-printed designs on a release film are transferred onto pails using controlled heat and pressure.

Screen Printing

Screen printing is a proven and cost-effective branding process in which ink is transferred onto the product surface through an exposed screen. Designs are applied colour by colour using multiple settings to ensure clarity and consistency.
